Workplace Drug Screening

Replace urine workflows with a faster saliva-based program.

OraStick™ gives employers an observed 60-second screen, a real verification path when a result is non-negative, and included software that keeps the full program cost in line.

Observed on-site screening, lab-backed verification when needed, and software included.

  • Observed oral-fluid screening on-site
  • Lab confirmation and MRO review when needed
  • Tracking software included at no additional cost

Step 1 of 5

Program Type

What type of testing program are you managing?

Process Comparison

What you are doing now versus what it looks like with OraTek.

Traditional Model

What you are doing now

  • Schedule appointment at off-site clinic
  • Pull employee off the floor for 2+ hours
  • Same-sex observer required for collection
  • Pay $114+ per test all-in
  • $150/mo software for scheduling and results
  • Shy bladder delays and failed collections

OraTek Program

What it looks like with us

  • Screen on-site, any room and any time
  • 60-second collection and roughly 15 minutes total
  • Fully observed with no bathroom needed
  • $15.50 per screen
  • Free portal for scheduling, chain of custody, and results
  • Oral fluid with no shy bladder and lower adulteration risk

Why the Program Holds Up

Focus on the parts that usually break a urine workflow.

Included Software

The admin layer is already built in.

OraTek Health Portal™ includes chain of custody, result visibility, scheduling, randomization, and shipping labels instead of adding another monthly software bill.

Legal Defensibility

Do not let a consumer strip carry the whole decision.

Use EZ Saliva Quickswab™, lab confirmation, and MRO review when a non-negative needs to hold up beyond the initial screen.

Compared to Urine

Observed collection without the restroom problems.

Remove shy bladder delays, same-sex observer issues, and adulteration concerns while keeping the screening workflow on-site.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this DOT?

No. OraStick is not currently positioned for DOT-regulated testing. If you manage a DOT-regulated program, fill out the form and we can keep your information on file if that changes in the future.

What happens after a non-negative?

If a screen is non-negative, move that case into EZ Saliva Quickswab™, certified lab confirmation, and MRO review when your policy requires it.

Why is oral fluid better than urine for recent-use concerns?

Oral fluid is often evaluated when recent use matters more than a long metabolite history. Urine can continue to show older use, which can make the result less aligned with the immediate workplace event or decision being reviewed.

Can I use this for randoms or post-accident testing?

Yes. Employers often evaluate oral-fluid workflows for random, reasonable suspicion, post-accident, and other non-DOT workplace testing needs.

What drugs are included?

OraStick screens six core drug classes: cocaine, marijuana, methamphetamines, opiates, benzodiazepines, and amphetamines.

Is the software included?

Yes. The software and reporting workflow are included with the OraTek program rather than sold as a separate add-on for routine use.

Do we need a restroom or same-sex observer?

No restroom is needed for the oral-fluid collection workflow described on this page, which is one reason employers use it to reduce collection logistics.

What if we currently send employees to a clinic?

That is one of the clearest use cases for OraStick™. The main operational benefit is pulling routine screening back on-site so the employee, manager, and paperwork stay closer together.

Next Step

Request a sample, then let a specialist confirm fit.

The goal is to make sure the sample, confirmation workflow, and follow-up discussion actually match the program you are trying to build.
